Stamping is not my thing…, but I am trying to get better and I guess, practice makes perfect, so I will not give up. I will keep trying until it looks satisfactory. The other day I was inspired to do a simple black and gold stamping nail art using one of the plates from the Born Pretty Store.
The black nail polish that I used for my base is LVX Livid. I am going to say it again, it’s such a good black polish. It goes on smoothly and it’s really creamy and pigmented. The nail polish on my accent nail is my China Glaze I’m Not Lion. I love putting a good micro glitter on my accent nail. If you have a good gold micro glitter to recommend, please leave the name in the comment section. I want to try something new and exciting!
The golden nail polish that I used for stamping is P2 Golden Romance. It’s a beautiful warm gold by a German drugstore brand. It’s perfect for stamping, but as you can see, I didn’t do a such a great job (see the ring finger?!).
The stamping plate with this beautiful floral design comes from the Born Pretty Store and you can find the product under this LINK. It’s one of the plates created by the Born Pretty Store and it’s no.08. It consists of a few floral patterns, as well as stars and one larger intricate design. I am glad they made these plates round, as opposed to the hexagonal ones, which I managed to cut myself with. The plate costs $2.99, which is quite pricey in my opinion, but they always have items on sale, so maybe it’s worth to snatch it then.
